The National Youth Brass Band Championships are fast approaching. The day is an amazing experience for young musicians and adults alike, especially within the inspiring environment of the Royal Northern College of Music.

Tickets (available online here) have been flying through our newe-ticket web portal, and youngsters have been practising hard over the Easter Holidays.

 

 

37 bands in total will be performing on the day – that’s a lot of young players and a lot of music. The event puts a real spring in the step of children, teachers, families and brass bands looking to the future. Extra excitement comes from a variety of trade stalls – and a special guest “wandering minstrel” adding more music to the day.
