Concord Brass Band brings together talented musicians leisure, academy students and professionals. We have in recent decades managed to assert ourselves as a band with a very high musical level. The name "Concord" means cooperation and joy - two words that have always been hallmarks of Concord Brass Band. 

In Concord is a well-knit community - not least to the annual Danish Championship for brass bands. 

Besides participating in competitions, we have many years helped to shape the Danish music scene and plays both pop, classical music and original works for brass band. In 1957, Concord established as Denmark's first brass band on the British example by about 30 brass and percussion players. In 2007 celebrated Concord its 50th anniversary in the concert hall of the former broadcasting house on Rosenørns Allé and released on this occasion, an anniversary issue. Earlier that year won Concord Elitedivisonen by Grenland International Brass Festival and Kasper Thaarup were named best conductor . 2009 was a great year for Concord: In February, won the orchestra entertainment competition Silk Blow, in August downloaded one of Concords quintets win the trophy home, and in November cemented the band its clear strength by winning Denmark Championships for brass bands. In 2010 represented the orchestra Denmark at the European Championships in Linz, Austria, and regained the title of champion in brass band at the Championships in Herning. In 2013/14 expect many exciting concerts, competitions and fun experiences. Here in amongst spoiled for brass bands in Perth.
