1939:  Nils Nygård Mo was primus motor of instrument purchase from Farr Music Trade, where Anton Nygård was controlled. Due to lack of instructors lasted there not something of the corps in Modalen. 1949:  Eikanger Musikklag staple February 28th. Created bought 13-14 instrument from villagers in Mo. Price: NOK 1200. Instrumentalists lasted transported to Eikanger with the church boat. 1951:  Bjørsvik musikklag staple February 17th in the youth house in Bjørsvik. About autumn lasted Arlix Larsen, brother of Shetlands-Larsen, the conductor of the band. 1954  Eikanger musikklag abandoned because of failure to workplaces in the village. 1957  Eikanger musikklag started out again. Nils Eide lasted first conductor. Bjørsvik musikklag lasted laid down the same year. 1959  Johs. Sheer black conductor of Eikanger musikklag.
 

1966:  About autumn lasted Bjørsvik musikklag started up att. 1969:  Contact Meeting in October between Eikanger and Bjørsvik musikklag. Theme: Amalgamation.

1971:  Eikanger and Bjørsvik formally turned saman. 1973:  Tom Brevik lasted conductor of EBML. 1977:  EBML on his first tour of England. 12 dagar concert in Stroud as hight point. 1978: 1979:  EBML took part in the first Championships in Grieg Hall.

2010:  Silver in the European Championships in Linz with conductor  David King . Acting together with the others  Born-to-Play ambassador ,  Tine Thing Helseth  and  Jan Magne Forde  on a shared concert in Maize Alen in Lillehammer. 2011:  NM-sag. Duty: The Power of the Soul (Maurice Hamers), self-violence: Spiriti (Thomas Doss). EBML organizes school band competition Hordablæsten for prince gong. Win Grenland International Brass Festival with conductor Reid Gilje. Has Norway Premiere of John Pickard monumental "Gaia Symphony" in Grieghallens foyer together with conductor Andreas Hansson. 2012:  NM-sag. Duty: Goldberg 2012 (Svein Henrik Giske), self-violence: From Ancient Times (Jan van der Roost). Acting on  Borealis Festival  under the title "Paradoxical Innovation» saman with conductor Gary Peterson and performance group "Brainer". 2013:  received your ensemble support from Norwegian Council for the concert series in 2013. NM-sag. Duty: A voice as yet untold (Philip Sparke), self-violence: Spiriti (Thomas Doss) 2014: Gives out "John Pickard" with music by composer said. CD receives considerable international merksam and positive response.Win NM fourth gong in a row with David King with duty number "Mutant Sonorities" by Torstein Aagaard-Nilsen and self selected "Goldberg 2012" by Svein Henrik Giske. Silver European Championships in Perth.
